Raechel & Her Doggies - Allen, TX Photographer - Connemara Nature Preserve


What better way to welcome a new puppy to the family than with a photo session full of sunshine, wildflowers, and wide-open space? This shoot was all about celebrating the arrival of a fluffy new addition—and wrangling three dogs in the process! As soon as Raechel texted me saying she was getting another Golden, I started brain-storming locations for us to shoot.


We met up at the always-stunning Connemara Nature Preserve in Allen, which gave us the perfect mix of dreamy golden meadows and room for the pups to roam free. This location is a favorite of mine for a reason: it’s peaceful, full of natural beauty, and ideal for off-leash fun.

Between the puppy snuggles, tongue-out grins, and moments of pure doggie joy, I was able to capture so many sweet, candid images. It definitely took all three of us to keep the dogs together and facing (mostly) the right direction, but the effort was so worth it. The bond between them was obvious—and completely adorable.


Sessions like this are a reminder that pets are family, too. Whether you’re introducing a new puppy, celebrating a milestone, or just want to remember this chapter of life with your four-legged best friends, I’m here for it.
