The E Family - Richardson, TX Family & Senior Photographer


This recent session was such a special one! Not only was it a combo family and senior session, but I also had the chance to reconnect with this sweet family — I photographed their oldest son’s senior photos a couple of years ago, and this time it was their middle son’s turn in front of the camera.


We met up at Prairie Creek Park in Richardson, one of my favorite spots for portraits. The family loved the look of the waterfall, and it made the perfect backdrop for their photos. Between the peaceful sound of the water and the soft light filtering through the trees, we couldn’t have asked for a better evening.


Their three boys were full of energy and laughter, and I loved capturing all the candid moments that showed their connection. At one point, we paused on the bridge where a few turtles swam up, curious about what we were doing — the boys got such a kick out of it! Little moments like that are what make sessions like this so much fun.


And to top it off, we ended with a funny little surprise — a bright green bug landed on Dad’s shoulder! The youngest son carefully moved it to a nearby tree, but it kept flying back and landing on him. It happened three times! We joked that the bug must’ve wanted to come home with them.

This session was the perfect blend of family fun and senior celebration, and I’m so grateful to have captured another milestone for this wonderful crew.
